I had the privilege to be a part of the transformative Work Readiness Program offered by SAAA. Fresh out of university and in a new environment, the program equipped me with invaluable skills. From learning the importance of presentation and formal dressing to mastering communication and technical skills, the program was comprehensive.
A standout exercise was the emotional intelligence drill, which taught me resilience and composure. The program also emphasized the significance of following up professionally. After completing the program, I secured an internship. The skills I acquired were directly relevant to my role, especially my proficiency in Excel.
Reflecting on my journey, I can confidently say that the experience at SAAA was unparalleled. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to upcoming graduates, as it’s a stepping stone to a bright future.
